About Us
The Warringah Anglers Club, established in 1971, proudly celebrated its 50th Anniversary in 2021. The club welcomes anglers of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned experts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and camaraderie. Whether you prefer land-based or boat fishing, the Warringah Anglers Club offers a range of competition categories to suit every angler's style
There are five competition fishing categories:
Deep Sea
Rock & Beach
Estuary
Freshwater
Kayak
In addition, each competition category features divisions for Men, Women, Juniors, and Sub-Juniors. Weigh-in results are determined by the number of species caught, the weight of individual species, and the overall catch.
