About Us
Warringah Anglers Club has a long history dating back to
1971
. The club embraces newcomers from beginners to experienced anglers and promotes a knowledge sharing culture. Whether you are a land-based angler or boat angler the Warringah Anglers Club has a fishing competitiion category to suit.
There are five competition fishing categories:
Deep Sea
Rock & Beach
Estuary
Freshwater
Kayak
Additionally, we have Mens, Womens, Junior & Sub-Junior divisions in each competition category. Weigh-in results are judged by number of species caught, individual species claims weight and overall catch.
